Plant Health Guarantee

All plants from zogmarexshik are guaranteed to arrive healthy and in good condition. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue through one of the following options:

To report a problem with your plant delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the following information:

Return Eligibility

Due to the living nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following circumstances:

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Plants that decline due to improper care after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Once we receive and review your return claim with photos, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Replacement Plants

If you choose a replacement plant instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost. Replacement plants are subject to availability. If the same variety is unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or full refund.

Shipping Costs

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy due to shipping issues, we will cover all return shipping costs. For other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the error was on our part.

Care Instructions

To ensure your plants thrive after delivery, please follow the care instructions included with your order. Proper watering, lighting, and temperature are essential for plant health. Visit our Plant Care Guide for detailed information.

Damaged Packaging

If your package arrives with visible damage, please document it with photos before opening. Note any damage on the delivery receipt if possible. This documentation helps us file claims with shipping carriers and improve our packaging methods.

Seasonal Considerations

We may temporarily suspend shipping to certain regions during extreme weather conditions to protect plant health during transit. If your order is delayed due to weather, we will notify you and work with you to reschedule delivery.
